This is a very interesting release, because it is _the_ agreed standard on naming of cracks. (like '100%' for only working version.) Before this document there was chaos. People named their cracks '++++++++' and so on. I believe it was released on/or almost the same time as the 1987 D-Gold meeting in Denmark.
