Demonstrates the output of my new unreleased tile video compression application. Unlike CSAM super, this encoder operates on 4 charblock or 16 charblock clusters to generate the frame using only a single 2k charbank.

meta-heuristics are used to calculate the tile indices in the second pass, this compresses each frame to a fixed 240 byte size that can be compressed further using other methods.

Overall each frame is compressed to 200 bytes taking into account the gfx and tile data (Not excluding these)

I was going to use delta decoding (which would have freed up quite a lot of cpu time, but opted to instead have 64 frame chunks (19k) consisting of 64 framesx240 - rounded to 256, - 16k, 1k 2x2 tile indice data and 2k gfx data. This is further packed to around 13k. also the full frame semi-depacking makes it easier to play the video backwards after its played back the full 71 seconds. :-)
