Wow, this is beautiful! Amazing that it's all done in just sprites - I'm gobsmacked.
It's just a shame you were up against Mirage, I guess. This game deserved to do better than #2 - but, damn... next time!

Moving sprites vertically is expensive. So I had to limit vertical movement. The trick with the rotar is don't let it stop, keep topping it up and prime before you switch screens. | User Comment Submitted by ptoing on 16 January 2021
