it's out of compo to not compo-kill :)

I hear Yamo really is totally ruling that game and hasn't lost a single life since he started. The only problem is slight shoulder pain due to his friends sitting on top of him (reason for this is unknown) while anxiously waiting for their turn to play.

Oh that really put a grin on my face, really great
Say what you want, but the green yamo- sumo guy definitely got the highscore

Thank you for the positive feedback! <3

The project started from an idea of just doing a C64 themed Pikku Kakkonen jingle for the compo, but as already said, it went its own ways and isn't just a Kids' TV theme compotune anymore.

Was super fun doing this and I felt lucky to get Flotsam onboard!

My only regret is the missed opportunity to make the gorilla warn everyone about walking on thin ice.

@Honcho, the reasoning was that since the theme song itself is only a small part of this demo and the votes probably reflect the whole thing rather than just that short moment, it would be unfair to compete against those who stick to the rules. In the end, it doesn't really matter. The main thing is that this release was inspired by the compo - I don't know if jab's genious idea of mixing childhood memories of watching Pikku Kakkonen and playing C64 games would have ever seen the light of the day without it.

Thanks for all the positive comments, this was a fun thing to do and I hope it shows.

Love it, but why listed as "outside compo"?

What a great idea! Even I remember pikku-kakkonen and it's original animation. This was great representation for C64. Original is like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWbG9CzCO9Q. Well done, guys. 10/10.
