Change log:

* Replace selection sort with a faster quick sort algorithm in a directory tree navigator.
* Replace slow disk loader by DJ Gruby with cool 2-bit loader by Cadaver (Covert Bitops Loadersystem V2.28).
* Disable currently unused CRC error count.
* Enable selection of the current directory as the target location for dumping D64 disk images by pressing the space bar on the "..,DIR" item (previously selection of the "..,DIR" item was completely disabled, rendering use of the top-level directory impossible).
* Display total elapsed time upon disk copy completion.
* Add possibility to abort disk copy operation via "RUN/STOP" key (a confirmation prompt will be displayed after pausing the copy process). An incomplete D64 file will be deleted.
* Add "Exit to BASIC" main menu option.
* Relax restrictions applied to the characters allowed while typing target file name (previously limited to the alphanumericals and only a few special characters).
