tech notes:

* the big color mover uses two bitmap screens, with the dither pattern shifted 4 pixels, combined with d016 movement to make the dither constant while the colors scroll, as well as to double-buffer the color movements. the colors cannot be moved with a vsp, because the dither pattern would then move too. instead, the colors have to be copied by the processor, which uses most of the rastertime.

* the bouncy snowman uses a similar sprite fpd routine as the one in Eyes (with the same sprite bug on sprite 0 and 1 :( )

* the sprite balls move underneath a bitmap dither pattern that makes their colors look really smooth.

* the falling snow is very similar to the star field used in The Scroll of Antonius except this one is also moving downward, as well as with different speeds depending on where on the screen the snow specks are, creating a windy snow-like pattern.

* the snowman and reindeer use a pre-rendered dypp and use a d01d split to make the movement interesting

* the mega sideborder scroll is coded by Epsilon
