@Raistilin: Raised to a 9, but don’t push it! (Yes, it’s a great demo and 9 is a great digit ;) )

Another fantastic Oxyron demo! How did I never see this one until today? (I know I was sleeping .. but you guys are supposed to be letting me know what I missed!)

Some real jaw droppers in this. Axis, wow, you and HCL are tied for #1 C64 coder for me. Amazing stuff. Especially if it really was created in just 3 months!

JackAsser: stop downvoting stuff like this!

Really good music, nice variations and fitting to each part. I kind of saw Coma Light before this one, which when the dragonball comes I just came to think of the puppy dolls. Same script, but not as good performed as Coma. But again, strong code and graphic! And the music is top notch!

Nice overall design and great effects: vector intro with timed sfx (*love it*!), 3D balls and dragon ball, greetings part with skyscrapers. Smooth and clever transitions between parts. Love the way the black vector surface covers a picture and dims the music! Packed together with some great screens and tunes. Really enjoyed this!

awesome programming and nicely varied soundtrack. the end part tune reminds me of MSK/Vibrants.

Oh, seems we've added a bug here and there in the rush while adding the X tunes last minute. Will be fixed next update, of course.

Oddly the credits in the endpart tune refer to fanta rather than kasmo being the composer.

holy crap it's fanta-stic! and the end-part works really well

the endpart tune was not composed by fanta. it was done by kasmo. and the note-tune was also done by kasmo who doesnt make use of the handle "peace" anymore. so something seems wrong with those sid-links ;-)

I must admit, for while I felt Fanta was a bit over hyped. Basically because though I admired his technical skills, very few of his tunes appealed to me in general.

But these 2 tunes are really great. Hats off to Fanta.

Awesome! Besides the great effects I especially liked the sync and the gfx by Oys. Way to go!

I like the way how Fanta's audio track has been fitted to the parts. Definately the best synchronising to date! Good to see the various disciplines working together and raising the bar.

Although the gfx were very well crafted, i found these less inspirational.

This is just a fucking great demo :) and I'm so happy it competed with us! Also nice to have met Axis. The endpart is just sheer bliss :D

Amazing how Axis managed to make this fat demo in such a short time, while releasing other small productions at the same time.

Shows some effects from my own stack of *still* unreleased effects, but that's the game :). nice transitions with fresh sound-effects. I really wish i could do such fast fillers as well. The only effect i didn't like is the dragon-ball, the rest feels very fresh!!

This may not have come in as #1 at the X2008 demo comp, but it is my most played demo over the past few days. Love the syncronisation of Fanta's music with Axis's (vector fade outs). Really a pumping polished well balanced demo. Great work :)

Kickass dynamic style in this demo. Nicely polished effect transitions working together with the music. Impressive, unusually fast vector-fxs all around, spiced with some 50fps vic-trick effects with nice fullscreen koala gfxs around them. The 4 transparent balls are very nice as well, I think Oswald appreciates it too. ;) The last part was also very stylish. All in all a very solid Oxy production.

Very nice I think. Good soundtrack and nice pixels all the way through. I especially enjoyed the syncronized filtering of the music and the black fades.

Truly a nice and finished product! Great fx, music en transitions. However I did miss some 'graham-ish' effects in it though.
I certainly hope there will be a third part to this! ;)

Awesome demo! Excellent timining. I especially love the filter "dumbing" of the music when the pictured are being covered by black shapes. Once again absolutely amazing musical timing, intelligent humour in the music and interaction of audio and video throughout the whole demo makes it one of the demos I have seen over the years. Reminds me Comalight 12 a lot. Applause!!!

And yeah. Excellent end greeting part which would be even better if I saw Dmagic there, but I can't have everything I know.

And .. hey Fanta how did you compose the tune(s)? It seems like it was being done / added after the demo visual was finished and running. Really good job dude. This together with great compo tune makes you the most innovative and most worthy musician in the scene in year 2008. Thumbs up.

I like the fact that most of the effects are 50fps and some 25. I should be watching this on the real thing soon. The sound thing was great too. Great!

really cool demo, as you can expect from oxyron :_) the transitions with the music being filtered away is really brilliant, as were the other things being synced with the music, like the transparant bouncing ball vector :_)

also: DSS in the greets, yay :_)

Really great demo, I'm so happy Axis finally gets the exposure he has deserved for so long! ;-) I like the picture buildup effects, but the transitions could be smoother - not concerning the music though, it's great how you guys synced that!
The endpart is the best greetingspart in a very long time! ;-D Very shmoov!

Superb demo! Graphics are not really my cup of tea, though i loved the typical Oxyron look, aswell the *fapfap* code-pr0n and overall idea and effects. I really enjoyed the demo from begin till end.. it's a real natural wonder too! :)
