ian coog: but how are we supposed to enable joystick mode? i've tried to press everything and no joystick mode was on :/

Wolf3d part is joystick controllable.
Find another texture equal to the one where you start and simply bump into it to activate the hidden part, enve that joystick controllable, fire to leave it.
