Wow. This beauty turned 10 years old. Still an amazing experience - I prefer this to the new FLT demos anytime. And "Ankare" is still a brilliant tune with a brilliant title. Thanks for this one. |

| I cannot play this demo entirely under ccs64 v3.7. After the "now calm down..." text it seems to exit to the basic interpreter. Does anyone know why? And how to circumvent this? |

Hollowman's first demo under the Fairlight. Probably hardly any coder pr0n, instead a lot of fresh screens with beautiful hires gfx and wicked sound. The "Fairlight & Damage salute the whole scene" in combination with the effect always makes me laugh ;-) Cool duck sequences at the end. |

Interesting style, no really difficult code, lengthy at times.
I guess that (^) sort of summarizes my impression of the demo. I certainly liked the refreshing graphic animations, which reflected some funny ideas...
The duck part is pretty nice (the fish sort of reminded my of the ones in Splish Splash) - I guess the time of rubber duckies is over.
Let's hope that their future productions contain some fresh ideas like this one. |
