[WIP] Cevi Basic Compiler

Something i am playing around with, a BASIC Cross Compiler.
I have not the foggiest clue about compiler construction, but as i want to have a basic crosscompiler i give it a try.
And i am glad for any help. :)

If you are under linux you only need acme to play with it, a precompiled binary is in the archive.
If you are under windows or want to hack around with the code you need to compile your own compiler binary with freebasic from http://www.freebasic.net .

For the assembler cracks who want to help me, the currently existing libs are under /lib in acme format. (Not much, but...)

- Compiler error handler seperated
- IF implemented so that one can compare bytes

Forgot to increment the version string in defs.bi so please ignore the version info :/
