level data for testing
I need level maps, with their tile layout / color tables, charset, tile/charmap, etc, for testing purposes. Tilesize/mapsize tiled or not, etc doesnt count. only it needs to be charbeased. I'm interested in all solutions, fex. getting info on how to extract them from a game is fine aswell. I'd prefer quality maps like turrican or mayhem ;) |

Probably not the answer you like to have but with CharPad V1.0 you can make your own. |

The Turrican3 Sources include the leveleditor+levels.

If you can stomach slightly lowquality graphics, Metal Warrior 2 & 3 have color-per-char level-gfx. Check their source archives at http://covertbitops.c64.org/games.htm and the file "bgedit.txt" in the tool collection http://covertbitops.c64.org/tools/c64tools.zip for fileformat explanations. |
