MMC Replay Open crash

Another stupid Q.

This crashes at the $ffc0 call if I run it in a .d64 on a sd card with my mmc replay (bios 0.54).
If I however run it as a .prg (not included in a d64) from the sd card, it works fine.

Crash in this case is a very fast "inc $d020" (I think) happening.

I've been searching all over for a hint of this but found nothing. Am I doing something wrong?

Any input appreciated!

Well, I'm not a programmer, but I know the D64 handling of MMC Replay is rather limited.

Have you tried creating a DFI image instead of D64 image?
To create a DFI, use CBMImager. DirMaster by Style for Windows can handle DFI as well.
You will need to copy the DFI Plugin in the SYSTEM64 folder of your SD/MMC card. When you are asked "Kernal or Dreamload", hit K for Kernal. The DFI will be mounted and you will find yourself in the C64 Basic Promt. Use usual disc commands to access the DFI image.

You might also check retrohackers.com, a forum dealing with new hardware for the C64, with a focus on development.

Thanks MacGyver. It probably is an issue with the plugin. Since it works just fine in all other situtations.
Will try the DFI path. Thanks!
