:> A the moment there's no multispeed support, just because it didn't came into my mind...it would be interesting to hear a >100x speed tune though, and it won't be hard to implement, just have to put the display entirely into the main loop and let IRQ run the player and key-handler only...

Just finished ORMconvert and added it to the file-list. This is something like SWMconvert for SID-Wizard. It can convert simple MID files into ORM, and ORM files into SWM for SID-Wizard for 'remastering'. (And .S00 to .sid, just in case :)
It's not a standalone release, I'd like to have it here at this entry to be seen with its 'host', 1raster-tracker.

Brilliant sid-torturing indeed.

When I first saw this I remembered sprite crunching and xbow's approach to increase the number of sprites in a multiplexer.

With this sid-routine, composers can now do 311-speed tunes or smth like that ;)) (maybe just about 150+ - speed, but the idea is still funny)

Now all the demos will contain multispeeds ;)

Thanks Guys for the really positive feedbacks. I had not imagined before release that this could be so welcome by you.
It still has to be optimized though to really fit into 63 cycles all the time. Maybe some coders already have an idea how to improve this tiny player...(for a while I'll concentrate on music itself instead of coding...)

Honestly said, for a first thought when I saw this one (v#21 I guess) I thought it to be insanely lunatic. It changed a little by the release version (v#34 I guess), from insanely lunatic to f'n insanely lunatic and that's about it. I'm proud of you, man.

Really amazing demo tunes, especially Lightforce. Unbelieveable sound power for <= 63 cycles.

Gee thanks, Hermit. :(

No seriously, this might come in handy sometime. But half of the fun is doing my own tweaking.

Submitted by HCL on 6 March 2013
Fucking brilliant!! From now on all musicians in Booze Design may use *no* other tracker than this one. One line and no f**king more ;D.

Hello Cyberspace

I was inspired by Lft's
Air on a Rasterline
and I created this tool in the past 1-2 weeks. It was faster to develop this tracker because I could reuse a lot of code from SID-Wizard project.
The version 0.9 means it's not 100% as I planned in the beginning for 2 reasons: the rastertime-usage is a bit more than 63 cycles if we take JSR and RTS in, and of course the border-colour change takes 6 extra cycles...

If not good for a competition then you might use it for some releases where no more than cca. 1 rasterline is left for a music :)
Be warned, you should know the SID chip fairly well and some thinking might be needed to tweak your tune to sound good with the given limitations.

Read the built-in help for more info. The zip file contains the source files, in case you might want to take a part in the development or further optimization of the player-code....and on the other hand, the editor might need some more functions like multispeed or transpose/detune or conversion of PAL/NTSC tunes. (btw. NTSC-machine is auto-detected and NTSC pitch-table is supported)
