The first 5 minutes is like, holy shit! This is the dopest SID ever, and then it gets really weird and abstract. This would make a hell of a demo soundtrack. Anyways, it's a 10 from me. Amazing work!

i tested this tune with and without weed twice - same results every time: straight 10!

More IDM than ambient, imho.
The raw white noise just doesn't do it for me, but I can appreciate the effort.
It doesn't work too well on its own, but with the right visual effects (I don't smoke weed, Burglar), this would make one hell of a demo tune!

Why one has to be either drunk or stoned to “get it” is out of my comprehension.
As for the different layers of moods which is played it's perfectly balanced with
a frenzy of sounds up to the extraordinary ending starting at 7’ (one of the better I've heard).
Excellent!

what Burglar sez (in my case, replace weed with booze), impressive, but nothing for any mood

Pal: Offensive? Not in the slightest! I very much appreciate any kind of feedback as long as it is constructive. Thank you very much! It was never my intention to lay the track out in a coherent way including motives, melodies and such - I worked on it while looking outside into the snow and made up some sort of sketch of a story involving a guy who has to leave his country to a rough place where nobody wants to go after him as I went along. I tried hard not to fall into clichés (hah, epic fail!) avoiding hummable melodies, a proper climax towards the end and what not but still make it somewhat listenable.

Jan: You're a funny guy .oO(MSL guys do 'skizo' music? The tune is not serious?) :) Oh, I joined MSL because I love both the music and the people behind it. Anyway, keep on trucking, dude! :)

i think Linus has joined the multistylers, because they make skizo-electronic music, and he want to release something like this :) it dont sound as a serious tune, but a musician should be free to just express whatever. when you think of, that Linus is a miles davies fan... then expect more of this style!?

i really enjoy this one but for me it should have a more layed out plan for some sort of better recognition of a melody... when that is said I would have loved to animate, pixel and story a demo on this soundtrack as it is different and something splendor in all its pitts and falls and upps and downs.... it is sure interesting this one... hmmmm... it is for me like you should have run it through geirs echo routine on the c64 almost... i think with a bit of post processing this can be a somewhat bigger tune? I hope that is not offending in anyway! The work you have done in this is something else and it is just supercool...

fucking ace, but needs a bit of weed for full appreciation ;)

if only someone would use this as a demo soundtrack.....

also, not boring enough to be really ambient :P
