hehe.. I don't remember any power shortage. I must have been pretty wasted, or something. :) Crappy party nonetheless. :)

The slogan of this The Party was "batteries not included". Ironically enough, it was like they forgot to plug batteries into the power supply, coz the power went out for like 6-7 hours. Total blackout, no computers, no light - totally darkness. It was kind a' fun, and motivated people to do some socializing and express some good old organizer-hate instead. The reason for the blackout was that the local powerplant underestimated the amount of power that the computers at the party would waste, if i remember correctly. This kind of blackout-event is a cool thing, and should be used as a suprise-event on other parties aswell.

About this site:
CSDb (Commodore 64 Scene Database) is a website which goal is to gather as much information and material about the scene around the commodore 64 computer - the worlds most popular home computer throughout time. Here you can find almost anything which was ever made for the commodore 64, and more is being added every day. As this website is scene related, you can mostly find demos, music and graphics made by the people who made the scene (the sceners), but you can also find a lot of the old classic games here. Try out the search box in the top right corner, or check out the CSDb main page for the latest additions.
