can we have next time a menu too? this keyboard shortcuts only for everything just drives everyone crazy, worst "gui" ever. | User Comment Submitted by bepp on 6 January 2019
So happy I found this awesome tool. After a just couple of minutes I was able to cycle-step my program and learn how the raster behaves - and I'm by no means experienced. Thanks for making this! | User Comment Submitted by Dr.j on 3 December 2018
its never too late to tell you thank you for such a great update! | User Comment Submitted by DKT on 27 November 2018
Yeah, with CTRL+SHIFT+F5 view all trickery is gone ;-) | User Comment Submitted by Cruzer on 27 November 2018
Looks interesting. Maybe this can help me understand how Crystal Gazer works. | User Comment Submitted by Clarence on 27 November 2018
Useful tool, trying to familiarize with it for the first time. Is there a way to add a breakpoint for a memory location being read? | User Comment Submitted by Slajerek on 27 November 2018
@viscid
The only change in release workflow in this version on Windows is a fact that the binary is not signed by a certificate as we had troubles with the signing service. You can try to unpack the executable using UPX.
Although, there are some quite nasty bugs related to source code viewer in this release and I plan a maintenance release very soon :)
Anyway, I suggest to report this problem to your antivirus manufacturer. | User Comment Submitted by Golara on 18 November 2018
Viscid: AFAIK this tool is packed with UPX, which often makes shity antivirus automatically claim the file is a problem. Add it to the exception list or something. | User Comment Submitted by chatGPZ on 18 November 2018 User Comment Submitted by Viscid on 18 November 2018
Sadly the virus-scanner prohibits the usage... have to try something else to get it to work ;( Older versions run. Any hints? Did you change the Self-Extraction? | User Comment Submitted by Frantic on 16 November 2018
Six hundred billions plus points for providing a macOS version. | User Comment Submitted by Oswald on 16 November 2018
cool tool! I'd love to have watches displayed in 16 bit format in the 64tass style watches, lo/hi format on mem $1000/$1001 fex, and I'd like to see it named in a window saying label $abcd | User Comment Submitted by Raistlin on 11 November 2018
Excellent work again - I love this tool. Great talk at X, too, really useful insights. | User Comment Submitted by Digger on 7 November 2018
What an update and talk! Gonna beg Mads for newest KickAss now. | User Comment Submitted by Slajerek on 7 November 2018
gryf: I am considering moving the code to GitLab some day, I am using it in other project and I am happy with it. I use SourceForge mainly due to historical reasons as that was my first open source platform I have ever used.
The source code is updated now by the way, indeed it took me a while to get home and push to repo after the X Party, as some things were done almost on a last minute there :) after the X I had a quite long (2+ days) and calm way home by car with family... Btw. Scan/House found some bugs that have to be corrected and as already anticipated during my lecture at X, there will be a maintenance release very soon to address these small problems.
Thanks for your uplifting comments! | User Comment Submitted by gryf on 7 November 2018
Hmm… so where are the latest sources? I can see, that on sourceforge last commit was from 16 February. Also, did you consider using github/gitlab instead of sourceforge? | User Comment Submitted by daison on 7 November 2018
The c64 Debugger is a truly amazing tool. The latest updates are awesome once again. Especially the KickAssembler integration.
Thanks guys!
And it was great meeting you and watching your presentation at X Slajerek! | User Comment Submitted by Trap on 5 November 2018
