Here you go, Oswald.

ammazing digi, good tune too, what I miss is BASS, there's hardly any. | User Comment Submitted by Jok on 23 October 2014
hmm - should be ranked higher imo | User Comment Submitted by Hate Bush on 7 October 2010
underrated beyond belief. awesome effort, even if you were finishing it live on saturday evening and had to miss graphics compo because of that :(

Disclaimer1: Needs Resid-fp and 8580 in the Vice SID settings.
Disclaimer2: Needs Sidplay/w 2.5 or ACID 64 Player Pro V3.04 with the jsiddevice running (both capable of resid-fp).
And regarding that tune: It doesn't do anything for me at all. I could say A for effort and props for using THCM, but musically this is not my cup of tea. | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 7 October 2010
listen to it on a real thing then ;) | User Comment Submitted by Tim on 6 October 2010
ehm.. needs a disclaimer!
I bothered to change around some settings to actually hear the digi's.. by default settings in vice there is just a high pitched constant, no digi's!
other then that nice tune | User Comment Submitted by Frantic on 6 October 2010
@Raveguru/Others: What about SDD (SounDemon Digi)? If I am not mistaken, the underlying trick to play 8bit digi stuff was invented by SounDemon. (THCM came up with some quick mixing routines, which is all good and well, but more like an "ordinary" coding achievement than an invention of a fundamentally new trick, at least the way I look at it.) | User Comment Submitted by RaveGuru on 6 October 2010
This low ranking is nonsense. Both musical and technical content is top notch. I'm also not a big fan of digi tunes but this new technique (what's the official name btw, DHCM-digi?) is too good to not evolve. Kudos for pulling it off!

Some parts are hitting me really hard. Some lead parts do not work for me at all. BUT, knowing you had not brought much with you but yet you managed to finish this at the party (and did not lost the faith even though there were so many problems to get the proper setup for ya) I just love it. | User Comment Submitted by Stainless Steel on 5 October 2010
Obviously i'm not much of a digi fan. The melody seems a bit random at times. Otherwise great work. Nice finally meeting you in person kamil!

Massively downvoted on the party. I say so even if I'm not really fond of digistuff. Would get my top-3 vote there. The music content totally rules, again. Some details remind me of good moments of Tim Follin. Never a bad thing. | User Comment Submitted by Isildur on 4 October 2010 User Comment Submitted by psych on 4 October 2010
Kamil, I'm so glad you've made it on time. It SO difficult to compose under time pressure. Still, extraordinary stuff! Should be ranked much higher! | User Comment Submitted by Linus on 4 October 2010
Place #15? Wtf? Need to have a proper listen at home again, really liked it at the party and was sure it´ll hit the top5 easily. |
