A-Man's tune here is an absolute SID pop masterpiece.

Praising good demos, upthumbing mediocre demos and putting down bad demos is really good scene spirit.
I also like the way real sceners (antitrax, britelite) are giving an audience, that way those trolls (i wont beschmutz my keyboard by typing those handles) look REALLY rediculous.

Certain comments will always be used from CSDB and other places, merely to support the article or make it more objective.

Often when Vandalism News asks people for reactions we get nothing, so we have to venture onto the "lazy"-blog or forums to get opinions. A real pity, more on this in next issue.

one thing you should avoid at all costs in the future: _DONT_ include random comments and/or stats from csdb. One doesnt download the mag to read content that's cut'n pasted from somewhere else...

Regarding no intro - well, we always like to have a nice intro, something that might be expected by some for each and every issue, unfortunately we didn't want to delay the magazine further, so an intro next time. As I mentioned in the Editorial, the magazine hardly needs introducing. :)

The Wanderer stuff is regarded as an "event" or happening in the scene (our goal is to leave no stoned unturned and this was too big a thing to filter), we allowed both sides to report it with our own overview. Just skip it if you have no interest in its contents.

Hopefully the reviews next issue will be better, but that also depends on the productions too of course, you can only write things how you see them (we do try to always get a positive vibe happening as far as the state of the scene).

Phantom, I have no idea why your emails bounced. It's an onslaughters.org server problem I guess (out of my personal control).

Hollowman, check out Scene Show, Behind the Scene or Meet the Press, and you will find plenty of text written by me (articles, reviews, and such). Read the whole thing before slamming it. Thanks!

Afrika is a crybaby. Go rape some women, if you're bored by this issue.

The Afrika jury says: Zumbazulu goes to Mirage's "One on One" or what the heck it says :).. The other two disks can go to hell, including the rest of disk 1, and even more since there was no intro for the mag. Ever since Sex'n Crime, a mag has to have an intro, so in Afrika this stuff isn't even considered *a mag*.

Have to agree with hollowman; this issue seems a bit shallow, maybe not the editor's fault but more a lack of stuff happening the last months.
And, no intro? :( first time i started it up i thought i missed the intro, started it up again and still no intro... maybe i've been spoiled by previous issues with lovely intros :(

A decent read. The best thing about this issue was the tune by Jenny16.

the magazines does look and sound very professional as always. but the content.. chapter after chapter about a certain pan-american who deserve no attention whatsoever. uninspired reviews of uninspired demos. sorry, but this issue really makes me wonder about the current state of the scene. and who are the staff behind the magazine? looks like most chapters are written by other people, or heavily based on the words of other, which often have nothing interesting to say. when i load the magazine and look at it and listen to it i really feel like reading it , but i cant find much that i enjoy. the interview with alien was quite good, except that i already read the interview with him in the latest issue of pain

A decent read. Didn't care for all the attention given to the Wanderer saga. I also don't care for the LACK of replies from the staff (IE. DUKE). 2 emails sent and 2 emails bounced.
