So it's actually a working crack, if the payload for failing the check just does an RTS after being called. Or there are some other side effects like making the game unplayable? |

I was only incorrectly starting a discussion rather than correcting in the comments for the release that the protection is taken care of in this particular version. Some of the other versions do not, so they will crash. :) It's a really sneaky one this. |
