It seems to have been a mixup between RCS Industries and Russian Cracking Service. To me it seems RCS Industries was an early Swiss group, producing cracks in 87/88. And the only known member (that's been referenced in a scroll) is Ryno. RCS Industries might indeed have been an early incarnation of RCS 2100, and if that's the case, Stingray might have been involved here too. But I haven't found anything that could justify this.
