the fbi+quality intro in xertyn x seems to indicate that its someone from quality- http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/text.php?id=491 "bye... tss of quality is signing off..." -maybe tss was used as both a handle and a group name like H.I.C. & Higher Intelligence Company ?

That's a possibility but it could also be a subgroup, hopefully someone has the answer or further investigation is needed.

afair TSS/Quality is a single person, which is also indicated by the contact address incl. phone-number in the crack The Last Fight/Quality, but I cannot 100% confirm it.

Also to my knowledge and also according the commenter on the HIC group entry, HIC has never been a sub-group, but Almasi only.
