Looking at his only release Simultanious Text And FLI Logo Flexer it does look like Ratfink style, I would say. It might well be that he played the role to that extent. Is Newcastle far from NSW? Do you remember any other folks from that party? Was it this one: T.D.U. Party ?

Newcastle is a coastal city 160km North of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales (NSW). The TDU party you referenced is not the same one I met Chorra at. That was a smaller gathering. I can't remember any other attendees apart from DJB and, perhaps, Witty.

I am in contact with Witty through fb, although he is rarely checking - will ask him. Of course he would have been part of the scheme. :)
