BitJam Podcast #193 - Wackee SID Selekta ;-)
So here it is for your enjoyment - my first (in a series of many, I hope) BitJam Podcast dedicated to the sound of the SID :) I have selected my favourite tracks released in 2013 (yes, two are mine, sorry for shameless selfpromotion ;) ), and some of my choices might be surprising, but don't feel offended or anything, just enjoy! And of course, any feedback is appreciated :)

@Rough: do you mean source files? You need to be a bit more precise with your request ;)
@Groepaz: any fadeout of Intrinsic is too early. This is such an awesome track.
@Mixer: thanks!
@Grue: I will get back to you, unfortunatelly I run out of quota @dropbox and deleted it :( I'll send you the link after reupload.
@celticdesign: you're most certainly welcome ;) |

No, just individual flac files for each track of the mix.
Like this fellow does for example: http://sonicrampage.org/blog/2014/07/pearsall-presents-rampage-..
if that's too much hassle for you, never mind, I was just asking |

Awesome! <3
Too bad the speedup kind a killed my tracks thumb of the kickdrum, tho :P |

@Linus: it's not necessarily the speedup itself, sometimes moving warp points in Live by few frames changes the accent with beat-based stretcher. Anyway, I kinda liked it sounding this way :) it still has 'nuff rhythmic groove where it is needed.
You're still lucky, check MCH's track which is at 140% of the original speed AFAIR, he probably hates my guts ;) |

Well, Wackee's added some reverb (imho slightly too loud but nice anyway :P) and various effects to enhance the playback :) |
