Old "turbo tape" game not yet on CSDb

I think I have some old "turbo tapes" from the good old days (1980s) sitting around somewhere, and on one of them there's a version of Montezuma's Revenge that I doubt is found on CSDb, it's supposedly a "trained" version by a schoolmate of mine from back in the days. The "trainer" is that there's a bonus room added where you can go and collect items and points over and over by leaving and re-entering the room.

Anyway, I have no means of transferring this version onto the PC so I can upload it here, as I no longer have a working C64 or even tape recorder, all I have is the tape. Any idea how I can get it transferred so it can be uploaded here?

The latter idea sounds more convenient. :)

I'm in Sweden, in case there are any Swedish tape dumpers around?

I'll see what I can do, posting at that Swedish forum is a good start, but I'm sure I can get someone to help me dump it sooner or later. :)

It's no fancy trainer like modern groups would do, and the guy who did it didn't even have a scene name back then I don't think, but it's a rare version that I figured maybe would be of interest for the collectors anyway. I don't even know if the tape is still in working condition anymore, but hopefully it is. :)

Reminds me: I have heaps of Turbo250 (courtesy of Mr.Z) lying around in an old plastic Postverket box somewhere.

Beware that there are quite some versions of very old games that are perhaps cracked, perhaps not (just copied, since there was no protection).
Those games almost never state who cracked them (if they were in the first place).
Not very interesting to have on CSDb, as you can't add much information about them. I can only imagine they are worthy of CSDb when they are clearly a different version (picture included, different texts, one-filed multi loaders...).

I have found someone who can dump the file for me, so I'll let you know when it's uploaded on here. :)

I don't remember if this particular version had any info about who cracked it or not, but I will soon find out. But what makes it different from other versions is the "trainer", so it could be of interest anyway? I will have to add a little text note on how to use the "trainer" though.
