What is best program for recording VICE in Windows?

What's the best program for recording VICE sessions in Windows? All the ones I've tried today have had framerate and audio stuttering issues. I'm on a VERY powerful computer (2.4ghz Core 2 Quad, 8gb RAM, SSD, etc).

Grab ffmpeg and make it happen, works fine.

I have no idea how to make this happen. I see an option for saving the sound, but not for making a video.

As Moloch adviced.
Get FFMPEG.

I downloaded the latest x64 FFMPEG Shared library and extracted it to my x64 VICE folder. The FFMPEG driver is not showing up in the "Select Driver" drop down box. What else do I need to do?

I guess I'll revert to using the x86 version of WinVICE until they get this working.

Fraps should work, but I haven't tried it with Vice. It's not free, though...

Did you read further down the forum? The link on the first post point to outdated dlls. Try this link:
http://ffmpeg.arrozcru.org/builds/shared/ffmpeg-r16537-gpl-shar..

Drag all the files in "bin" folder to WinVice folder.
Works fine here on version 2.3
