disk collections
just wondering how many disks you have in your entire collection???
have you transferred these yet????
do you plan to transferr them???
if not would you let someone else transferr them for you?? |

personal collection about 300, transfered about 1500 to 2000. And I don't sort... I upload them to TDD and let others do the hard work ;-) |

I have circa 400 disks but not much scene stuff is put on them , and many (~180) were keept in humid place (not by me of course) so they're probably useless (leaves shit on 1541's head constantly , though some of those disks are actually readable)
and as there are rather games only... I don't bother to transfer those disks :)

I have around 700 physical disks, but only with crack/demos released between 1982 to 1990 (most are all UK based). All other wares I have are on my HDD.
It's gonna be spaghetti junction for me to transfer all the missing wares from my 700 disks, but luckily I have a master disk containing 3 text lists of wares compiled in Supersorter III, which should help i hope. |

yeah i seen that doc!!! good job...
this post was hopefully to try and help some people out there with collections to either get transferring or send the disks to someone who would transferr them for those people
hasnt worked yet but i live in hope of getting some more collections out of people |

I have about 500 disks untransfered here... I'd love to send them to someone who can x-fer them, as I am too damn lazy for it, and there is allot of stuff not online yet (I checked a few disks...)

carsten, thanks for saying that :) and ofcourse i´d like to transfer the disks, have done calypso´s disks aswell, and sent them back, and he´s from the netherlands aswell. |

Theres no problem getting blanks. When getting disks transferred we usually return the disks to the owner, except the owner doesnt want them. |

several thousand, already transfered ages ago and uploaded to the net mostly before people started collecting so much stuff.
However, I still have ~400 megs sitting on my CMD HD which I sold, the guy is transfering it :D
will post it up somewhere whenever...
