X stands for 10, thats the 10th month witch is october. It should stay in or around october. And at the even years. And i agree with Flex.

Yeah. I wonder why you consider 2021? :'( It has been every second year for a long time, so what's the reason to move it further away? I like the chilly X weather. Perfect data weather. |

I think the late/odd dates have to do with whether De Hoof is available or not and how much cash you are willing to part with for renting the location. |
