Commenting on this release again just to say that Jammer's tune 'Elektro Klacz' is killer. Incredible sounds and arrangement... as usual! | User Comment Submitted by Martinland on 15 April 2018
Ah, nice suprise! (haven't checked CSDb for quite some time)
Hopefully will do as Glenn below soon... ;) | User Comment Submitted by 6R6 on 13 April 2018
Kewl, finally got time to sit down with a real c64 and coffee to read this.
News, interviews and party reports are all
good and fun to read.
A big thumbs up from me. | User Comment Submitted by Yogibear on 9 April 2018
Nice with good tunes by Jammer and GRG! | User Comment Submitted by TheRyk on 9 April 2018
Good job, Gruby & friends, haven't read everything yet, but already done some zigzagreading
@Bacchus/Enrico: "Power to the BBS": Come on, get real, as if the _"majority of people"(!)_ (quote Bacchus) would be on BBSes all day or even once per month | User Comment Submitted by E$G on 8 April 2018
@Bacchus/FLT: Majors disqualified csdb as being 1st release place and moved the power to bbs.
Anyway csdb, is the only place that takes track of sceners joining, exactly release date and charts scene parties. It's a growing db with help of all of us. Other sites collect infos and scene mags round the circle. | User Comment Submitted by Tim on 8 April 2018
It has been years since I saw a C64 disk magazine correctly cover the cracking scene.
Thank you! | User Comment Submitted by Bacchus on 8 April 2018
Well E$G, as far as I have been told, CSDB has nothing to do with the scene and does not want to be part of it either. So whereas time stamping of releases by a central webservice, to *me* sounds like a system totally beyond the concept of upload sections of BBSes, running on native hardware, that it's not how a majority of people see that they want the system to run. Go figure ... | User Comment Submitted by E$G on 8 April 2018
Some sceners wrote to us stating that they were looking for a sum up of the news about Hokuto Force and could not find them.
We confirm that on the mag there isn't any. Occasionally it can happen, when trying to do the best, that something remains in the draft folder.
The strength of csdb is to fill in some gaps allowing objectively to have the situation in chronological order on releases, joining and placements to parties. Long live to the scene! | User Comment Submitted by Pad on 8 April 2018
A perfect read on a slow Sunday morning. As an added bonus I now also have the Datastorm Datastorm Datastorm Enya jingle stuck in my head after reading the Datastorm party report. Tnx MtnBuffalo for that. :-P | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 8 April 2018
Damn! One interview is missing, though finished in time. Oh well.. | User Comment Submitted by Joe on 8 April 2018
Great read! Too bad some chapters has so few pages (for example the news sections) it gets a bit messy loading each part separately. | User Comment Submitted by hedning on 8 April 2018
I love to read through a diskmag while drinking my morning coffee. Good job, everyone involved, including Zoega's. | User Comment Submitted by Mibri on 7 April 2018
Really enjoyed reading this! Loved both party reports. More soon please, if you can... | User Comment Submitted by Magic on 7 April 2018
Quite ok issue.. Nice to see another diskmag out there!
Just.. misses some more good contents to make it a really good issue imho..
Keep em coming! | User Comment Submitted by grip on 7 April 2018
Always a pleasant read! This time the HDMI upscaler reviews and Spot interview are the highlights for me. Good job guys! | User Comment Submitted by PAL on 7 April 2018
yes Taper, I am utterly lame and an idiot, I just did not know as I never read the mag you create... I am real sorry for my rude comments and it should backfire on me in a big way and I will learn from this as I simply did not know. Sorry again for my comments... they should selfdestruct but CSDB have not this feature anymore ;-) | User Comment Submitted by taper on 7 April 2018
PAL: I seriously do not understand what you mean... We have used the same layout and mag-engine since Attitude #14, released in September 2013.
So, when the shock has worn off, you might want to check out the Attitude back catalogue...
Edit: I see now that you have come to your senses... | User Comment Submitted by PAL on 7 April 2018
LOL... I am a utterly lamer, I have just been told that Attitude had this layout from 2013... Blame me for my rudeness and ignorance! I am very sorry! | User Comment Submitted by Jammer on 7 April 2018
Cool reading and I'm totally in love with GRG's track <3 | User Comment Submitted by PAL on 7 April 2018
Did you crack my design and layout for Vandalism? Good crack by the way! I guess I must then create something more that you can crack and copycat ;-)
ohhh... well... great work - will read it more firmly after the shock of staring at the magazine layout. | User Comment Submitted by icon on 7 April 2018
My god! The version of Andromeda/kent was one of the best things I have heard in ages! Kudos... oh great mag aswell ;-) |
