Vintage Computing Fans Rejoice: Vintage Computing Carinthia $1F held in Villach!
The Vintage Computing Carinthia Meeting 1F was held at Otelo, a new meeting place located in the city center of Villach. The meeting featured a variety of interesting events, including a sizecoding session, the release of Comsha's text adventure "Memory Lane", a sneak peek of the sprite editor Opensprite, the Community Edition release of the game Dagon's Awakening, and an update to the game Tritopia with new music.
Funny: almost everyone had ordered the same pizza, a Diavolo. DevilLord also presented his Amiga 2000 with the newest ROMs and great hardware and software upgrades. We played a variety of great games, although the game Wizball was unfortunately unplayable because it frequently crashed, hope we find a setting to make it work next time. The meeting was a great success and it was decided that future meetings would be held alternatively in Klagenfurt and Villach.
