Noise continued to be active at least till Summer 1989, so the info from scroll (Noise dead "sience" (sic!) 1988) is wrong
Interesting that the dude gives some real contact address (quite unusual in late 80s when people were frequently busted by police, normally even the lamest swappers used PLK or "postlagernd") from Emsdetten/Germany - might be one of these Excess guys did this or was target of this fake release or at least know who had their fingers in this.
