I think it's not too daring to consider the hypothesis that they were NOT active anymore after 1988 and all the entries currently dated to 1999 in the database are dated wrongly, because KGB sometimes used "K.G.B. Crew 1999" (sometimes even "in 1999") as a group AKA or slogan for fun.

So if no one protests or find out the real dates of the fistful of alleged 1999 releases, Im gonna set those to release year "???" (unknown)

Haha, never thought/saw a Release from Crackhawk and/or K.G.B. Crew was dated to real 1999's, because that was just an act of coolness by their own, aped later then by other groups I don't want mention here.
