Source code repository https://bitbucket.org/PTV_Claus/cc1541 no longer exists, seems Claus's page https://bitbucket.org/PTV_Claus/ doesn't either. Did it get moved? Did it get nuked?

I nuked it myself accidentally :-/. I think it was due to a bug on bitbucket side, but as I am on a free plan, bitbucket support is of limited help until now. But luckily I am using git, so it should be possible to restore everything from my locally synced copy. Stay tuned, I guess it will be back in some days!
