Release id #38285 : Sprite/Char/Screen Editor V2.3

I'm currently looking for a screen editor with the same principles as this one. (i.e. uses charset and screen RAM). This one is a great tool (Ratt rules!), but sadly it does lack some features (was made in 1986 after all) which I really need to get a production finished for a deadline.

I'm looking for one which has copy/paste features when editing the screen... i.e. copy a range of screen ram and paste into another area of screen ram.

Can anyone suggest a tool that has this?
