Event id #457 : Vision 2003

Ok this friendly guy 'Courage' had deleted the
Vision 2001/2002/2003 entries from the database

Perff was able to restore them, and I am currently
fixing all the dead links to the PTV pages.

Oh yeah I locked them, in order to prevent this from
happening again.

Here is a little update on what's happened:
The deleted entries have been restored again and Courage has been temporarily banned from CSDb for deleting them.

On a sidenote, when someone deletes something it isn't actually deleted - it's just flagged as deleted, but it's still in the database. So this means that we are able to undelete stuff.
But i really like the idea of making the list of deleted entries public. Good idea!

Agreed aswell!

But why this discussion at all?
This is a database with the goal to collect all the C64-releases.
There shouldn´t be any deleting whatsoever when it comes to stuff regarding this category!

Tch: Fake releases or events should of course be deleted. CSDb should be an accurate database, not a trashpile full of spam.

Ofcourse,anything phoney shouldn´t be here.

But if something DID happen or something WAS released,it ought to be here..

Funfact:
The demo compo was won by a demo which was not for C64, but for VIC 20:
Ya Lo Se by K2.
This can happen when someone asks to hand in a non C64 demo into what was meant to be a C64 demo compo ;)
Hence it's not on CSDb.
