Group id #7655 : The Hacker's Challenge

A more general question, not specifically related to this group, but it is an example. As I go through the data at CSdb, I notice phenomenon like this. A group apparently founded in 1987, but no releases at all, until this year.
Can we even count this as a group ? Or even a valid scene entry? And in this case, there was 1 release listed. There are also entries without any release at all.

Well, there is tons of stuff still not uploaded (and a lot also lost); I have added a first release entry to a group (or a first credit to a scener) sometimes 15 years after the group or scener entry had been created.
Also, we have the category "swapping group", which implies that they might never have released anything of their own.
