Handle id #16406 : Trooper

Does anyone know if he's from the german town Engers? If yes, he was a member of the german groups Fantasy and later Assault (according to The Contact Demo). Can anyone confirm?

So the Paramount Trooper is not the one from Assault and Fantasy, right? Question remains if it is someone different or maybe Metall-Trooper... Hmmm...

OK, as Engers is just 1 km away from the village found in the release mentioned by Acidchild, it can safely assumed that it is the same one. Years later, case closed. :)
