Malicious File Alert

Today i am getting malicious message alert when i try to download any file with chrome.
It says website may be hacked try again later.
Not had this come up before.
Tried https://edgeemu.net & www.c64.com and both are ok for
downloading.

Even on chromium / linux o_O I always thought that would be the "chrome"-version where they leave out the annoying crap.

I've traced the problem to the script "getinternalfile" which is responsible for fetching any file uploaded to CSDb.
It looks like it's only this file that is marked. I made a copy "getinternalfile2“ and that works just fine! :)
So this could be a workaround till I see if I can get the other one unbanned.
I need to change the links so the copy is used instead.
Won't be till tomorrow though.. :/

Oh well.. Guess it's tomorrow already. ;)

I fixed so it uses the copy-script instead. (The link shows the old script though).

Works from my Chrome now. ;)

Wonder of technology, this filename-based malware detection mechanism. The bad guys will never be able to figure it out.

Thanks Perff!

Quoting Mr Ammo
In the meantime, just turn off the protection for malicious sites/software in your browser.

Just what I did in FF yesterday.

Hadn't even known yet that browsers come including pesudo security snake oil nowadays /o\ Do they want to make Avira, Norton, McAffe, Acast and other annoying shit bankrupt?

Anyway, interesting solution approach, thx, Perff

PS: works on FF too now with nonsense activated ^^
