I haven't signed up yet but there is a little chance i show up. I don't want to sign up since this chance is very low. Would organizers accept me even if i hadn't signed up earlier?
I know there is a page/rules etc. but i wanted to ask anyway. |

We are not refusing anyone. The worst that can happen is that we run out of beds. So if you arrive on Friday there won't be any problem as beds are distributed on a first come first served basis.
And if we happen to run out of bed we will come up with an alternative.

For people traveling from Rotterdam on Friday evening: I have one seat available in my car (and a little bit of space for luggage).

I will travel by car from Italy with wife and kids, but they won't be at X, so is there any cheap B&B or other place nearby they could stay from friday to sunday? Furthermore, is there any attraction around they could go to (like LEGO LAND parks or similar)? Kids aged 1 and 4 years old. |

Well the partyplace is located about 30km from the city of Eindhoven. They ofcourse have a swimming pool, playground etc.
One of the better recreational spots in the vicinity though is "de efteling". Go to this website for more information: http://www.efteling.co.uk/eftelingen.net
Imho, it is the best amusement park in The Netherlands although expensive. Perhaps they have some cheap last minute offers including stay. It is about a one hour drive from the partyplace.
