SIDs that aren't in HVSC yet: part V
After 122 posts in the previous thread, it is time to open a new one - please check out this obscure adventure I just stumbled across:

Bobix Preview uses this Alpha Flight Intro with an unknown tune by Arne
text in the binary says "-MUSIC BY ARNE/[Q]" just like Sweet Thing which I guess means that the "relased by" should be Quintex Designs not Alpha Flight?
Angry Homer
Out-Space +3 (the trainer menu with the Warhawk cover)
Tiebreaker (the instructions noter)
Street Beat
Also, I stumbled upon some text in Hunter Patrol which probably should be removed asap... "TUNE RIPPED BY G.GOUWELOOS" ? I wonder how many SIDs have these kind of messages? :) |

If we want to split the hair in 4, yes, because it seems released in Quintex Designs Intro first, not because of the [Q] in the binary.

Angry Homer
Just a small jingle not even looped, it was already refused back then.

Another one that was deliberately omitted, but can be added even if really short.

Tiebreaker (the instructions noter)
/MUSICIANS/D/Dunn_Jonathan/3_Tunes.sid, tune #3

Street Beat
intro:
/MUSICIANS/N/Norman_Paul/Beyond_the_Forbidden_Forest.sid, tune #11

Guido did a lot of rips in the mid-late 90s up to 2000, and used to sign his rips. Sometimes causing side effects, like placing them at $dfd0 for tunes starting at $e000 - it would fuckup in Sidplay64/GRG for example - but we took care of them already; in cases like this one, it does no harm whatsoever, only adds few bytes after the end of actual data. |

Bonzo has a couple of melodies (two of them are covers of Donkey Kong Jr-music, which is how I noticed them... + Chopins funeral march)
Tape-original here: http://cbm8bit.com/8bit/commodore/search?query=Bonzo.tap |

seems a newer version of Groundead

it's actually a game or some kind of vaporware?
edit: found by myself, vaporware

Greetings List 1
I can't find this SID in the HVSC.
It is written in soundmonitor/MusicMaster V1.
Anyone know? :) |
