This is a character based graphics made by Lau (8 years old scener from Hungary).
It is not PETSCII, but Extended Color Mode (ECM) with modified PETSCII charset, provides more freedom in available colors and shapes.
I call is SP-ECM mode, but other names could exist. Not a widely used mode, due to charset limitation (64 characters can be used).
