Release id #200257 : Alternate Reality - The Dungeon +MD

Done what we could to raise the bar:

* The best crack we could do
* Docs taken to the level where we have created a booklet (50 A4 pages) that goes in-depth in the details of the game. Vacuumed the net for data but also contributed with much new stuff.
* Released a line of merchs for this - never done before. But then again, this is not the average "intro on Github project" kind of effort.
* Video material that discusses the game, highlighting a number of key items for enjoying it.

Did have a last few day struggles over SD2IEC but that should now work (from device 8 to at least 11).
