I feel depressed when I'm downvoted either..and it's even more deppresive because I can check who have done it but I can't (that would be unfair to others) contact the person and tell it to fuck itself and go to hell. ;-(((( Anyway one of the person who downvoted you is obviously doing it because it because of different reasons than fair judgements. Simply, a need to manipulate the chart to get some other preffered things up. |

yeah, what I dont get is that why Perff doesnt do ANYTHING concerning this. Its obvious that this is the most important issue according to the csdb users, just check the number of topics and the nr of posts in them about it. |

Yes, make all the votes public please, that should keep people occupied with writing hate mail to and starting threads about the ones that gave them a 1. Hopefully it will keep them so busy they don't have time to bitch about how evil Mermaid gave them, or as might be the case, their bestest friend, a crappy 6 for their totally awesome picture! What might be a good idea could be this; unlock the votingoption if you uploaded more than (for example) 50 releases.
This automagicly excludes the fake accounts floating around which are used for downvoting.
Also no anonymous voting ofcourse.
Just a brainwave...

I have an even better idea! Allow voting only for those who posted more than 10 images in the random image topic and have at least 450 comments on the forum.
That would exclude all except Oswald, Scout and Me. Since I vote 10 for everything, Oswald votes 1 for everything and Scout is the golden mean, we'd have a really objective chart here! |

@oswald: maybe some people just got irritated coz 1 & 2 are good results in f.e. german school ;)
voting is a reason of taste so if some people downvote some people/groups/prods/etc. they have a reason for it.
nevertheless THIS particular demo does NOT deserves to be downvoted at all, its F**KING good.
by the way, my votings are hidden just because I'm fed up with getting PMs from silly dudes like f.e. that crypters.
maybe one day I will make them public but I'm already honest today: I'm a downvoter sometimes... And ofcourse I got downvoted, too, thats life in particular. |
