Raises the question: shouldn't we introduce the "Different Platform DTV Tool" releasy type?

Yes, I was looking for that, I did not know if i should put it under "Other platform C64 tool" or under DTV.

I choose DTV since i hoped to reach the DTV ppl and not bother the majority of C64 ppl with a tool that was not useful for them.

Maybe CSDb is the wrong place to release a DTV tool altogether, and in that case I apologize...
