Misuse of voting
- Is there any policy of someone voting for themselves?
- Someone voted a '1' for all of the credentials of my profile. Now since this person was never on my BBS, and not on the scene when I had a bbs... how could they vote a '1'.
In fact, said person, voted a '1' all the way through my voting sections on here. The person is a member of a group that I have a disagreement with, and it was purely done to be malicious.
I'm not really concerned with what the vote results have to say, but if there's a policy or something that can be done, I'd like to know.
Voting complete 1's for someone isn't fair if you're doing it just to be malicious and not acting upon the person's actual contributions - then they go and vote for themselves.

@Bastetfurry: Maybe you just deserve a 1 for coding? - Give it a thought! |

In this case the use of a smiley wouldn't be overdone...

I see no single reason why you would bother voting for someone that just started programming and thereby arguing here that this vote is justified..
BastetFurry -- ignore the votes, enjoy the coding! |

See: If someone starts coding, what would you call him: a beginner, right! - And if (I say if) you should judge his abbility, would you give him a 10? - When I started coding (a long, long time ago), I would not complain about such things.
I've never been a good coder... finishing stuff is what I am good in. So I would not complain or even care of any vote. Life isn't fair, is it?
btw: I did not vote for him! |

OK, Burn, I agree.. So perhaps the guy in fact is not good at all (yet), I still see no reason to vote a 1 for someone that has just commenced: this just is a serious attempt to be rude..

I don't even see the reason to vote for someone which coding ability is hardly notable. And as said before, I would not care, even if I deserve it. |

@Burn:
As i said, i dont care, i know that i am not the ubercoder.
But IMO a 1 is for someone who does nothing and not for someone who does a "mock" entry.
If they want to play kindergarden, i let them and hope they find out for themself that their behaviour is just childish.
