UK Sceners & X'23

Just wondering if anyone from the UK is planning on attending X'23 next year and if so would you be interested in a travel companion.

@Case, Where in the UK do you live?

I live in the North East and I was thinking of driving to X party via Hull or Newcastle ferry ... providing that 3 (or maybe 4 maximum) sceners would like to join me in the car... I'll be the chauffeur. ;) ... also don't be scared by the ferry prices, that's my business and I want to do a favour for those who can't afford to go to X by themselves. (but I'm NOT paying for your X party tickets, just to make it clear)

If you live in the Midlands / South, either get a train to the north somewhere, or get in touch with someone like Leming or Booker... they live in London and they drive to X via Dover.

... This is still very early days to plan this out though. It all depends who is really going or not (including myself).

btw, I'll make sure the car is big enough, unlike the car I used during my recent trip to Poland/Hungary. ;)

@Conrad, I live in Carlisle in the north west. Would gladly contribute to fuel costs. I was looking at newcastle ferry, possible @Mibri wil be going, he is in Newcastle.

wonder if that changed with a different passport, that's still in the EU.

besides you'd only be bringing damaged n broken stuff over for CBA to solder / fix. ;-)

just a pity there isn't any PCW shows, they were great.

Hiya! Case and Conrad, if there can be a space for me in your plans, then I would love to join you and contribute some £ for the journey. Let me know!
