There's no politically correct term for 'fucking idiot'.

If there are VICE team members watching that forum, and if this binary was posted publicly in a thread, i am 100% positive they would have already asked for the source, because that is what we do, always, when this happens.

I will not bring that poor guy in a bad situation, only for helping to improve WinVICE and wiping out some errors that were there for about 10 years, like for example the 50Hz-screen soundbug.

But now, after this here, i can understand why nobody wanted to work as the Windows maintainer in the VICE team and that they can not find anybody.

Yes, the reason is that we expect ppl to respect our license. All developers hate this to no end.

Are you really this stupid? /o\

I'm out now. Start a discussion now with the guys, that undeleted this entry. They have the POWER to delete the file and then you can have a good sleep tonight again. :)

It's okay to keep privately modified copies of GPL-licensed content to oneself. The fault is with you, not the guy who made it, to drag it out into public and upload it here without the modified source.

Yet he deleted it and then the moderators dragged it back out, so they’re at fault also.

It was actually posted in public, just found it in that forum i apparently cant be a member of (but always was, and still am). Guess noone asked for the source yet because at the time it was posted, everything was fixed in trunk already (and in a better/cleaner way). Someone might still do it to make the entry complete (and also upload the actual posted binary perhaps)

srsly hilarious (yes, also what jackasser said)
