C64 Game Creation Tools

Hi, I wondered if there are any good (preferable) Windows Tools for creating games on c64?.
I`m an Artist in real life, and an old C64 fan. When I discovered some wonderful tools here to create Graphics and sprites etc on PC, like "Spritepad", I thought that it would be quite a nice challenge to work within certain (graphical) limits of a computer like the 64. But thats 'Art' wise. I suck at programming.

Are there any tools to let you create games, without having to learn Assembler, or is the only way for me to just use SEUCK or Arcade Game Construction Kit?

I can`t seem to find that last one in the database here btw, has anyone experience with it?

Thanks

Rough's right. I didnt take into account that demo mode would also affect the searchresults. A hint "X Searchresults hidden because of mode X" here would be great.

Thanks for the replies!

I was aware of the various 'game creation tools' that are native to the c64 (it was just 'Arcade game Construction-kit' I was unaware of, but somehow most people seem to be unfamiliar with it.)

But It seems that there are no real Windows-based c64 Game-creators (yet).

Maybe it is indeed a good idea to let the game-creation side of things in the hands of capable people. ;)
