Release id #14321 : Turrican 3

Ich dachte der C64 ist seit 12 Jahren tot ?

Weit gefehlt.

D A N K E ! ! ! !

I trained it and made a levelskipper, looked at how to make a decent level-system, but the bugged levels (especially the later ones) were more than a bit too much. I guess most crackers today want to see a point with spending much time their releases. Just adding a trainer and a levelskipper and compacting it down half a disk isn't really worth the trouble.

Shame to the cracker "scene". Not even a cracked version exists. :D *LOL*

it would be a shame if someone had actually released it as a crack.

There's no protection to crack?

Because some people would like to see the upper levels?

That's fixing, not cracking.

most/some of the source is available.
Take a look at it yourself in the assembler that comes with the source. There you will find the memory-adresses for lives, energy etc. in the $0900ies iirc.
Load a level, active monitor (AR6 works just fine), and cheat.
Personally I actually did that. Set lives to 50 and nothing else. You still see how 'good' you are in the end and you didnt fuxx0r the gameplay.
The levels are standalone, so the adresses may change if you want infinite engery etc as well. But who would want that?
With 50 lives you can easyly aford to commit suicide at save places when time or energy os low. With this method I finished the game several times without ever being stuck in a wall or whatever.
Good luck

A simple trainer would be more suitable for the people out there.
99% of every c64 game is cracked, why make an exception here?

You're the first I hear complaining.
99% 'out there' (ab)use vice anyway.
They can use some AR6-crt-image,
OR LEARN HOW TO PLAY THAT GAME

Erm... I'm not a gamer - but wondering how the upper levels look like. :)

Why an AR6-crt-image should help on the real c64? :)
