The table you pulled up looks like the DNS copy of the American server, because the date is 1 day later than the date of the NIC.NET information.
1&1 and Schlund belong, just like GMX for example, to United Internet. Schlund, in former times the premium hoster brand of UI, handles all domain registrations for 1&1.
1AND1.COM is the American agency of UI and does only accept US and CA based customers. Therefore this domain was not registered by a German.
Not everyone with a Coke and a McDonalds burger in his hands is American and not everyone with IKEA furniture comes from Sweden. |

Thought that site was a bit late. A few years ago there would have been lots of lovely magazines to keep track of & add, now they've mostly quitted. Of course you can add retroactively but that's not as exciting... |
