So.. When will all of you graphicians, who has lately been interested in doing hires stuff, realize that what you actually want most of all is doing pure PETSCII stuff? :)
Give it a shot! :)
(...and post it in sub #5 on Antidote!) |

Yes. We live in Pixelation. The demoscene (especially amiga-pixelart to which we're the closest) has ignored us though we are close to ten years of existence, will this change now? And will it be for the best? |

I am using bme (bildschirmmaskeneditor) and text-magic for dealing with text-screens.
Both are very good programs, but both in german..
Did not find them here, will upload them when i am back home.
Have Fun,
Zed

@ptoing: There is a bunch of them. Check out TLRs hacked verion of Tyronpaint for example, or Digipaint or The Board Painter (The version by Tao/Triad).
(..and btw, @ptoing, note the personal message here on CSDB) |

I remember doing a lot of petscii stuff on the compunet modem's built in editor! Used to design logos for compunet home pages! |

Hey, I have to try those PETSCII editors out sometimes... it would make it a shitload easier than in BASIC...
